Kirti Stambha
Kirti Stambha, also known as the Tower of Fame, is a historic Jain monument located inside the majestic Chittorgarh Fort in Rajasthan. It was built in the 12th century by the Jain merchant Jijaji Bhagerwala (or Jeeja Rathod), primarily to glorify Jainism and honor Adinath (Rishabha), the first Tirthankara of Jainism

History and Significance
Kirti Stambha -The tower stands as a testament to the influence of Jainism in the region and the devotion of its builders. Chittorgarh has long been an important Jain center, producing notable scholars and serving as the seat of a Jain Bhattaraka until the 17th century. Kirti Stambha predates the more famous Vijay Stambha in the same fort and symbolizes not only religious faith but also the rich heritage of Chittorgarh
Architecture
Kirti Stambha rises to a height of 22 meters and consists of six to seven stories with balconies and narrow stairways. The tower is a remarkable example of the Solanki style of architecture, featuring intricate carvings, latticed arches, and sculpted niches. The exterior and interior display numerous figures of Digambara Jain Tirthankaras, especially Adinath, who is depicted on all four cardinal directions of the ground floor. The upper stories contain hundreds of miniature Jain divinities

Visiting the Monument
Visitors can view Kirti Stambha from the outside, as entry inside the monument is typically restricted. Its location within Chittorgarh Fort offers panoramic views over the city and the fort complex. The tower holds special religious significance and attracts Jain devotees throughout the year
