Varnindra Dham Patdi

Varnindra Dham a beautiful temple of Lord Swaminarayan is located at Patdi near viramgam. It is 30 km from Viramgam and 90 km from Ahmedabad. This temple is known as mini Poicha. The similar main temple of Lord Nilkanthdham Swaminarayan is located in Poicha near Vadodara.

Architecture

The architecture of the temple is amazing, and I have never seen such a beautiful temple. At the entry, there are many big elephants and above that Maa Saravati is seated. The base of the temple is designed in the form of a lotus and this is surrounded by a water body. In the center of the water body and front of the temple, Lord Swaminarayan statue is there. The main temple has two more temples in both sides. Around the water body, many temples of god and saint give an awesome view.

The swaminarayn temple is major tourist attraction in Patdi. Now Patdi is known for Lord Swaminarayn temple. This beautiful temple is managed by Shri Swaminarayan Gurukul Surat under Shree Vadtal Swaminarayan temple.

The Main Attractions of the Varnindra Dham Swaminarayan temple is Pradarshani (Exhibition). During my visit it was closed. So I could not explore this. The Munsar Lake can also be seen when coming via viramgam.
